Delivery and Returns

Please email contact@spectrumcollections.com with 'Returns' and your personal Order Number in the subject line, and your reason for return in the email body.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the return postage costs and also creating the return postage label, we are unable to cover the postage costs of a return. Items can be sent back to us with your preferred carrier but please be sure to first request a return via email and keep proof of return.
